Take back control of your own health!

  • Did you know that according to the CDC, West Virginia has 12.5% of its 1,853,994 entire population that lives with Diabetes?
  • Therefore, the National Diabetes Prevention Program is seeking participants who want to help take back control of their own health and take preventative measures to reduce this disparity.
  • If you are over the age of 18 and score 9 or more points on the CDC Prediabetes screening test, then you are at risk of developing Type II Diabetes and should join this class with others to prevent Diabetes from occurring!
  • Once you secure your spot, you will be given a pedometer, journal, and other supplies upon participating in the class!

The class starts January 28, 2019!
